We want you to feel confident investing in your training. Below is exactly how refunds, cancellations, and testing fees work across everything we offer — the Pro subscription, standalone belt courses, and certification.

Cancel Anytime

Dan-level curriculum & live weekly class

14-day refund window. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
No refunds after 14 days. Once the 14-day window has passed, that billing period is final.
Cancel anytime. Cancel your subscription whenever you like — you'll keep full access through the end of the quarter you've already paid for. No further charges after that.

Standalone Belt Courses & One-Off Products

Own It Forever

Color belt courses, curriculum bundles, and individual product purchases (e.g. Moon Pahl Dan Khum)

7-day refund window. Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as none of the course files have been downloaded.
Final sale after download. Once any file in the course has been downloaded, the purchase is final and not eligible for a refund. These courses are yours to keep permanently, so we treat a download the same way any digital download policy does.
Household use. A single course purchase may be shared and trained from by everyone in your household. If a member of your household wants to pursue rank certification, see below — certification requires its own individual course purchase.

Certification & Testing Fees

Rank Testing

Available à la carte to anyone — Pro subscribers, bundle buyers, and standalone purchasers alike

Individual purchase required. To test for rank, the testing candidate must have their own individual course purchase under their own name — certification cannot be applied against a shared household purchase.
Testing fee: $79 per attempt, which includes personal feedback on your performance, not just a pass/fail result.
Retest fee: $49 if you retest within 30 days of your original attempt. Full price applies after 30 days.
Testing and retest fees are non-refundable once a submission has been reviewed.
